The architecture

Since the construction work in 2008 we are ready to welcome you in the inviting reception area. All those who appreciate a good wine will find a stylishly furnished room with a direct view down into the wine-cask cellar. The newly-built Kulinarium awaits visitors with a symbiosis of wood, stone and trendy red. It is a meeting place in which pleasure can fittingly be enjoyed.

Classically worked oak conveys a feeling of warmth. The glass elements have been used frequently and stand for transparency and freedom, while the stone facings symbolize the rocky Valais and its arid soils.
