If the same vintage is still available, the tap wine will be exchanged. Otherwise, you will receive a credit note in the form of a voucher that you can redeem for a subsequent order.
We can only reimburse wine on tap if the bottle is returned to us. You have the option of returning them to our winery in Salgesch, to the Ritschard wine shop in Interlaken or to the Mathier wine cellar in Hochdorf / Lucerne. You can then either take new wine with you directly or you will receive a credit note from us which you can use for a subsequent order.
No, you have the option of using the value of the tap wine for any other wine.
Tap wine is reimbursed by us up to three years from the date of purchase.
Wines that are sealed with synthetic corks or screw caps or wines that have exceeded the recommended drinking age are excluded from the tap wine regulation.
