With this recipe, you are sure to succeed with the rosemary panna cotta. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:1rem;font-size:1.5rem\">Preparation Rosemary panna cotta<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soak 4\u00bd sheets of gelatine according to the packet instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring 80 ml milk, 200 ml cream and 2 tbsp chopped rosemary to the boil in a pan, remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 100 g chopped white chocolate and melt while stirring. (If the liquid is no longer warm enough for this, heat again briefly). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the gelatine and stir to dissolve.
