Avec cette recette, la panna cotta au romarin vous r\u00e9ussira \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:1rem;font-size:1.5rem\">Pr\u00e9paration de la panna cotta au romarin<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites ramollir 4\u00bd feuilles de g\u00e9latine selon les instructions figurant sur l&#8217;emballage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 80 ml de lait, 200 ml de cr\u00e8me et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de romarin hach\u00e9 dans une casserole, retirez du feu et laissez reposer 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez 100 g de chocolat blanc hach\u00e9 et faites-le fondre en remuant. (Si le liquide n&rsquo;est plus assez chaud pour cela, r\u00e9chauffez bri\u00e8vement). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez la g\u00e9latine et dissolvez-la \u00e9galement en remuant.
