S\u00e9parer les feuilles et les faire cuire dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant 2 minutes. Refroidissez les feuilles dans de l&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e et \u00e9gouttez-les dans une passoire.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites fondre 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre dans une po\u00eale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hachez 50 g d&rsquo;oignons \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et coupez 50 g de lard fum\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s.
