Diego Mathier was named Swiss Winemaker of the Year 2011 – a title he had already won in 2007. This solar energy, this desire to create, this happiness. He leads his troops in search of the grail: “the perfect wine”. This way of capturing the light. He feels just as comfortable in the wine cellar as he does in the media spotlight.
